I have seen you take a group of boys who had not played together before and create a team that supports each other and plays unselfishly.  It is rare to see boys this age play so well with each other with an awesome level of intensity.

There have been several games this year where the boys have been down by quite a bit, but their will to win has brought them back each and every time.  I attribute this to you.  You find a way to bring out the best in each player.  You challenge them both at improving their skills as players but also in how they carry themselves.  You teach them how to play the game like men!"
